Returns

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable Items

Gift cards and personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
